How do I qualify for a FREE home delivery?
You’ll qualify for a free home delivery if the delivery address is inside Kathmandu. Since we are located in Kathmandu we offer free delivery to addresses inside the city only.
I live outside Kathmandu. Do you deliver to addresses outside the city?
Yes, we do. Please see our Delivery & Shipping page to see the addresses we ship the orders to.
How can I pay for your Tees?
Our payment methods are simple – you can pay for your order online through E-banking and payment gateways, or you can pay with cash after our Tees have been delivered to you.
What if I don’t like your Tees after seeing it?
Simple, return it back with the delivery person. No questions will be asked and no service charges will be applicable.
What if the Tees are not my size?
If you’re unsure about the size of our Tees you can request us for all three sizes (S, M, L) while placing your order online. During delivery you can choose the size that fits you perfectly.
What does limit edition Tees mean?
Limited edition Tees mean that some of our Tees are printed only once. For example, we may print 20 pcs of any of our Tee. That Tee will never be reprinted ever again.
Can I give you my own designs to print?
Yes, you can give us your designs for printing. Please email us your designs and mention the color, style and quantity of T-Shirt you want to get printed and we’ll get back to with the cost and time details.
How long do you take to deliver to addresses inside Kathmandu?
If the shipping address is within Kathmandu, our Tees are usually dispatched within 24 hours after you place your order on our website. However, we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
What if the Tees are defective?
We make sure the Tees that we send do not have any defect. However, in case of damaged Tees, you can simply return it with our representatives. We’ll make sure we send you another piece immediately.
What about your print quality?
The prints on our Tees have a lifetime guarantee provided you don’t iron over it! When washing your Tee, turn it inside out to avoid damaging the print. Wash your T-Shirt in cold water because it is gentler and safer for the fabric. Before drying the Tee twist it gently and avoid damaging the print.
Are the prices mentioned in your website inclusive of taxes or are there any hidden costs?
The products displayed in our website are expressed in Nepali Rupees (NRS) and are inclusive of TAX.

Neptees does not share any information about its clients to third parties for their promotional purposes. However, we may require your name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number while processing your order. Occasionally we may send you promotional e-mails about our products and services.
